We are excited to be offering our first Open Sky Level 5 Shambhala Weekend retreat here in Nashville!  We are hosting a combined Levels 4 and 5, and you are welcome to take part in any or all of the 4 day weekend.

Open Sky-Shambhala Level 5

Going deeper into the practice of meditation, we begin to communicate with the world gently and fearlessly. Our awareness is sharpened and we find the open clear sky of mind — a delightful source of wisdom and uplifted energy. With this delight, we begin to trust our nature enough to let go into the present moment.

With our body resting on the earth, no different from the earth, and our mind resting in the sky, no different from the sky, we encounter the vastness of heaven joined with the primordial depth of earth in our own being. This state is the basis for our activity in the world.

Pre-requisite:  Shambhala Training Level 4: Awakened Heart

Please pre-register online so that we can properly prepare for amounts of food, staff, materials, etc. Payment is not required at the time of pre-registration. If price is an obstacle for you, please make use of our Generosity Policy.

Our Generosity Policy
For those who can offer more than the program price, there is a patron price. Your generosity helps cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full price.

We have a Generosity Policy to make our offerings available to all who wish to participate. If the program price is an obstacle for you, please consider what works for you in your current situation and offer as much of the program price as you can.

To receive the benefit of our generosity policy you must register in advance for your program. On your program page, click “CLICK HERE TO REGISTER” at the bottom of the page. Then on the Registration page, under “Pay what you can afford”, enter the amount you can afford. Fill in the personal information and click “SUBMIT”.

Level 5 graduates are also welcome to join us for 1/2 price.  Please use the "Pay what you can afford option".
