
Wednesday Evening Meditation
On Wednesday evenings we begin with a period of seated and walking meditation, followed by a video, podcast, reading, live talk, or other dharma teaching. The evening ends with time for reflection and conversation.
No experience required - open to beginners and experienced meditators alike. Instruction in a simple meditation technique (in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition) will be provided for those interested.
